Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Most St. Spyridon Icons products are made to order or prepared specifically for each customer. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Order cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After that window, materials may have been prepared and production may have begun, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation. Contact us immediately through your order email or at stspyridonicons.com/pages/contact.
14-day returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Reply to your order email or use our Contact page with your order number to request a return and receive return instructions before sending your item back.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds cover only the price paid for the returned item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the exterior and interior packaging
Please keep the item and packaging until the claim is resolved. After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will help investigate with the carrier. St. Spyridon Icons is not responsible for loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Approved refunds
Once your returned item has been received and your refund approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. For standard returns, only the price paid for the returned item is refunded; original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refunded. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary and are outside our control.
