Shipping & Local Pickup Policy
St. Spyridon Icons is a small, made-to-order workshop. Please review the timing and delivery information below before ordering.
Processing time
Most Shopify orders require approximately 13 business days (about 2½ weeks) to prepare before shipment or pickup. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. During major feast days, holidays, unusually high order volume, or circumstances outside our control, preparation may take longer. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout combine our preparation time with the selected shipping service.
Orders needed by a specific date
If you need an order for a baptism, wedding, name day, feast, or other occasion, contact us before ordering. Rush fulfillment and arrival by a particular date cannot be guaranteed.
United States shipping
Orders placed through stspyridonicons.com ship within the United States using the carrier and service selected at checkout, generally USPS or UPS. Available rates and estimated dates appear at checkout. You will receive tracking by email after the carrier accepts the shipment.
Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Weather, service interruptions, holiday volume, and other carrier delays can affect delivery after a package leaves our care.
International orders
International customers should order through our Etsy shop at etsy.com/shop/StSpyridonIcons. Availability, shipping charges, taxes, duties, and marketplace policies are calculated or displayed by Etsy.
Church pickup in Nacogdoches
Eligible customers may select free church pickup at checkout. Pickup is available only at Saint Paisios the Athonite Orthodox Christian Mission, 614 East Starr Avenue, Nacogdoches, TX 75961.
- Wait for the Ready for pickup email before arriving.
- The church is a pickup location, not a St. Spyridon Icons retail storefront.
- Please do not call or email the church about an order.

Addresses and tracking
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, we may be unable to change or redirect it. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep the item and packaging. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. Full instructions are available in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
